• Are there any holiday restrictions?

  No. There are absolutely no holiday restrictions or blackout dates. Ride when you want.

• How and when will I receive my pass?

  Earth Hopper is paperless. After checkout, you will be directed to the Earth Hopper member portal where you have full access to your pass and profile.

• How do I get lift access once I have purchased my pass?

  After you purchase your pass you’ll be directed to our member portal where you can create and update your profile. Then, when you arrive at a participating Earth Hopper resort, simply bring your phone to the ticket window, open your profile and scan the QR code at the counter. One of your ride days will be deducted from your account and you’ll receive a one-day lift ticket in return.

• Can I ride multiple resorts in one day?

  Your four-day Earth Hopper pass includes four, single day lift tickets. It is not possible to issue lift tickets/use tickets for multiple facilities on the same day.

• Is it possible to share my pass with a friend?

  After you purchase a pass you can activate it for yourself or give it to a friend or family member using a shareable activation code. After a pass is activated it is personal and non transferable.
